Le classique de David Lynch bientôt en 4K

Régulièrement remis au goût du jour en vidéo, le Dune de David Lynch vient de recevoir un petit lifting en 4K qui servira de base à un combo Blu-ray 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray à paraître le 31 août chez Arrow. Ce nouveau transfert sera proposé en 2160p et pourvu d’une option HDR là où la partie audio comportera des pistes anglaises mixées en stéréo et DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. Répartis sur deux galettes, les bonus incluront la plupart des modules vus précédemment ainsi qu’une salve non négligeable de contenu inédit comme un documentaire rétrospectif et une interview avec le maquilleur italien Giannetto de Rossi. DUNE façon ou DUNE autre, je finirai bien par voir ce film un jour.

On m'a dit qu'il avait mal vieilli, ça sera pas pire si on améliore la qualité d'image ?

@McCoy : je ne pense pas. La photo du film est quand même superbe. Seuls quelques effets d'incrustations risquent de mal passer...

Autant j'ai un bon souvenir visuel du film autant le scénario j'avais absolument rien compris. Maintenant j'attends la version Villeneuve.

A part ça je suis très intrigué et impatient de voir le nouveau Shyamalan, OLD.

un peu beaucoup décevant le HS Zombie, surtout en comparaison du HS Slasher. Il y a des bons papiers (notamment ceux de Gilles - forcément dès qu'il parle de Franco ou de Rollin xD - ou du Prof Tibo) mais l'immense majorité du mag' se résume à des citations de films en vracs sans forcément en faire une analyse ou même un avis sur la qualité des films en question (surtout la deuxième partie sur le revival des années 2000-2010),

seulement 4 petits pages pour la partie La nuit des morts-vivants et Zombie ?!

@Tampopo : merci pour ton HS sur les HS. Tu as un lieu d'enthousiasme récent à nous partager ?

Sur Dune, c'est un vrai film de Lynch (et pas une adaptation de Herbert, je trouve) dans la foulée de ses précédentes réalisations (à l'époque).
