Ce projet est donc relancé depuis quelques mois, mais cette fois-çi ce ne serait plus Courtney Love qui jouerait le rôle de Linda Lovelace mais Anna Faris.
Anna Faris -Vous pourrez remarquer que je ne poste pas une photo mettant en avant la plastique de son corps mais que je ne me concentre que sur son visage (je suis en train de devenir qqun de pur et de bonne moralité).
Le titre du film serait Inferno et le réalisateur Matthew Wilder ("Your Name Here", Biopic sur Philip K. Dick avec Bill Pullman - jamais entendu parlé, je crois qu'il n'est pas encore sorti. ). Sam Rockwell serait aussi de la partie...
Le film serait un film dramatique sur la vie de la célèbre Linda Lovelace...enfance catho, pornstar et pour finir, avocate anti-porno.
Par contre, pour le moment le projet stagne faute de financement. Il semblerait que le biopic d'une ex star du porno ne soit pas vendeur.
Pour celles et ceux qui ne connaissent pas Linda Lovelace, c'est l'héroine du "CULte" Deep Throat.

Back in September last year, Faris first announced that she was working on this project and MTV followed up with her recently for an update. So they're having trouble getting the money they need to make a biopic about an ex-pornstar? Who wouldn't want to finance Anna Faris as Linda Lovelace? Faris also said that Sam Rockwell will star opposite her in the film and that it's going to be one of her most challenging roles yet, considering Scary Movie and House Bunny didn't take that much work. "You’re not going to even know who I am," she joked, adding, "I'm not there right now, but I will be when the time comes. I'll be in a very dark place." If by dark, she means ready to show us how great of a pornstar she can be, them bring it on Ms. Faris!

She was coerced into pornography by her then husband and starred in the 1972 film Deep Throat, which started the mainstream pornographic revolution as well as the porn chic fad. After leaving the adult industry, she later became an advocate against pornography, but still used her nickname Lovelace in books and for other commercial purposes. If anything, most people are probably more familiar with her sexual acts than her life or personality. This does at least sound like an interesting story to tell.
If it weren't for her stunning beauty, I wouldn't be a fan of Faris. I really hated the Scary Movie series and thought she was one of the worst stoners I've ever seen in Smiley Face. House Bunny looks absolutely awful and I can't say she's ever really had a role that has impressed me. But maybe this is finally her chance to break out and show us that she's capable of acting. Or at least try and show us. I'll take an interest in the project, but I'll have to be convinced that it's something unique, since neither Faris or director Matthew Wilder add much to the mix. At least Sam Rockwell will be there to even out Faris' bad acting. Thoughts?
